Yes, this model is applicable for room temperature. Please see the "ibis_readme_s27ks0641" file present in the package for details about decoding IBIS model file name.
s27ks0641_b_i_18_r21.ibs, letter 'i' in this name is for industrial temperature range (-40C to 85C). So, you can use this model to simulate behavior of our device at room temperature.
