IR2110STRPBF or IRS2110S is quite an old device based on Junction isolation (JI) technology. Losses in drivers depend on:

1. Losses in the output stage

2. Losses in level shifter

3. Losses in bootstrap diode (if it´s integrated)

Junction isolation (JI) technology has quite high switching losses in the level shifter. Operating at 450kHz would not be possible because of overheating since the losses in the level shifter would be dominant. More suitable devices would be based on Silicon on insulator (SOI) or Coreless transformer technologies.

There is one interesting document on the website https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-Advantages_of_high-voltage_GD_ICs-ApplicationNotes-v02_00-EN....
