[question] Is AUIR3240S also applicable to back to back configuration, like AUIR3241S does ?

I want to ask whether AUIR3240S can be applied to back-to back FET configuration as AUIR3241S.

I don't see back-to-back configuration in AUIR3240S . 

any body can suggest proper gate driver IC for back-to-back connection  ?

Hello Jinhoon,

AUIR3240S  is not suitable for Back-to-Back switch application. 

AUIR3241S/AUIR3242S can be considered for this application instead. For further details about the AUIR3242S , please refer to the product page link below.

Hi Jinhoon,

   As explained and suggested by meghana in the previous response, AUIR3241S/AUIR3242S can be considered for your application. 

This is because of the source and sink current capabilities of the 2 ICs. 

In back to back configuration, the mid point, which is the source pin is floating. Hence this has to connected to the gate driver IC. This connection is only available in AUIR3241S/AUIR3242S. But in AUIR3240S gate driver application, source pin is connected to the supply.
