Hi,
How do we understand VIORM/VIOTM/VISO? For example, if for 1ED13129MC12H, we could see:
1) Voltage class=2300V 2) VIORM=1700V 3)VIOTM=8000V 4) VISO=5700V.
How do we differentiate above "volage name" as well as Voffset?

Show LessI made some PCB boards for testing 1ED3491 gate driver IC only for output results. However, fault signal(+5V) appears and output goes to -5V(VEE2). What is problem in my PCB board?

Show LessI have two shipments of some Photovoltaic Relay PVT422Spbf. The product marked as "836P" matches the datasheet drawing and looks original. The product marked as "1120" does't match the datasheet because some of the dimensions do not match.
The datasheet I used is from June 02, 2015 if I am not mistaken. Can you please tell me if there is a newer revision of that document for the PVT422Spbf?
I understand that it is impossible to give a confirmation of the originality of the products from the photo. But could you please tell me if the PVT422S product marked as "1120" could be similar to the original?

We are using the Gate Driver IC part 1ED3122MU12HXUMA1 to Turn OFF the 1.2kV rated N-Channel MOSFET.
During the High voltage Testing (1usec Pulse width, 1.2kV voltage switching at MOSFET), Gate driver output getting false Turn OFF.
Gate Driver output wave form does not comply with Gate Driver Input wave form.
I have attached two images (Normal Working Condition and False condition). In wave form denotes Yellow Color - Gate Driver Output , Blue Color - Gate Driver Input.
What could be the reason for this False Output ?
Kindly clarify this False Triggering scenario to rectify this issue.

I am making improvements to a complete h-bridge circuit, I want the PWM signal frequency to be 200kHz and to be able to control duty cycles as small as 1%, ie t_on_PWM = 0.05us, but I think I could use two ICs of the EiceDRIVE 2EDi family, ICs 2EDF9275FXUMA1 and 2EDF7275KXUMA2 seem to be good choices, the problems I'm having are:
1.- Will I be able to use any of the gate controllers mentioned above or are there other better options for my requirements?
2.- What MOSFET could I use for this application? The MOSFETs must be able to switch at the PWM frequency and have a drain current Id > 11A and Vds > 33V and I would also like them to be small since I want to integrate the entire circuit on a 10cm x 10cm PCB.

6ED2742S01Q has an internal LDO for charge pumps and VCC, what is the maximum output current rating for this internal regulator? It's not stated in datasheet.

In the BPA Motor control GUI software (v1.3.0 64bit), using the stand-alone configurator, the PWM MODE configuration register, related to the configuration "1PWM with hall sensor", displays the message "not possible due to interconnections - do not use" (see image attached). Can you explain to me the problem?

2. Unable to select any Gate driver ... the drop-down box is grayed out ... might be related to 1. Is there a valid config file?

Show LessIn the 1EDI60I12AF driver datasheet, it said the input to output isolation voltage (GND2) is +/-1200V. what's that means?
is it the isolation voltage according to UL1577? or something else?
