我现在用贵司的IR2101s型号的半桥驱动芯片,用单片机输入了一个互补PWM信号,它的HO端输出一直为高电平,我是把pwm信号经过放大了再输入到IR2101的高低输入引脚,会不会对输出影响?
I'm considering using the above device to drive a push-pull transformer amplifier.
Refering to the example circuit from the device datasheet, figure 11 page 20.
6.5 Switches with bipolar gate drive:
It appears to me to have a problem.
1. Shouldn't there be a current limiting resistor from VDD to zener VB?
If so, how does this affect the overall operation.
2. From what I see drawn, the components Rs and Cs2 are simply tied to PGND straight from the devices GND input.
Is this correct? If so, how is a negative voltage being generated?
In general can you please confirm the overall validity of this circuit as drawn?

Hello,
I would like to use the INH Pin of the driver to reduce quicence current of the device.
1) The manual says: "If the INH pin is set to low the internal power down sequence will be initiated and the gate driver IC will enter sleep mode after undervoltage shutdown at pin CB has been detected." In my application CB-Pin is connected to GND using a capacitor. Does it have an effect on the behaviour of the INH-shutdown when pulled to ground?
2) In the manual chapter 16.3.10 "Reduced Operation Mode INH set to low":
"In Reduced Operation Mode if INH is set to „low“ if VCB < VCBUVSD, Sleep Mode might not be entered. For
additional information please refer to TLE9180 Application Note „Reduced Operation Mode INH set to low”."
What does it mean? Where is VCBUVSD applied? Where do I find the Application Note above?

In the data sheet for the 1EDN7511B the Static output characteristics show a range of High level (sourcing) output
resistance of 0.42R to 1.46R and Low level (sinking) output resistance of 0.18R to 0.64R.
My question is what circumstances affect this value?
Can I expect to see this range of resistances across multiple parts or is this more closely related to operating temperature?

I'm new to the gate driver community. Have a question for the community.
I've been using Vishay SUP70101EL P-Channel MOSFETs (https://www.vishay.com/docs/77632/sup70101el.pdf) for load switch applications. For my applications so far, turn-on time has been more important so I've been driving the MOSFET's Source to Gate junction with 5V directly from an Agilent function generator. This works very well for turn-on. Turn-off is slow of course.
Now, I'm looking for a gate drive solution that will also turn the FET off quickly. The work I do is in the prototype stage. I've been mounting the FET source lead on power supply binding posts and getting by. It's not a robust setup. I'm considering mounting them on terminal blocks but the options are limited there.
I wonder if anybody could recommend an Infineon evaluation board(s) housing 'high-side P-channel' gate drivers that might work well with the SUP70101EL MOSFETs (0/5V control input, ?/-10V Vgs output). If there's an Infineon evaluation board(s) housing both gate drivers and P-channel MOSFETs similar in performance to the SUP70101EL, that's even better.

So I would like to check
1.) Does charge pump output available for driving an external reverse battery NMOSFET protection?
2.) What's the max charge pump output current?
3.) Which pin is recommend for driving? CH1, CB or CH2?
