Regarding the Input Filter of 1ED38x0Mc12M (Input pulse suppression time IN)
Please tell me one point about 1ED38x0Mc12M.
Regarding the Input Filter built into the IN terminal for noise removal, could you tell me the difference between tinmin,0 and tinmin,1?
(described on page 33 of the data sheet)

We plan to use TLE9180D-31QK to drive BLDC motor. We would like to know the maximum output voltage of VO1.
Is VRO settable by reference buffer through SPI?
What should be the typical values of CISPx, CDIFF and CISNx if our switching frequency is 15kHz.
Also would like to know how the bootstrap capacitor value is calculated for CBSx.

Show LessWhen 2ED2181S06F is used to drive the high and low side MOSFET, the low side can be turned on and off normally, but the high side cannot be turned on. The test is conducted under the condition of Vdc=0V when the DC bus is not turned on. The test results are as follows: power supply Vcc=12v, Vb=11.55V, Vho=8.29V, Vs=8.6V. Please attach the schematic diagram and ask for help on the cause and how to solve this problem.

Show LessFor this gate-driver, there are graphs with Ivdd (A/B) vs frequency.
This shows at Vddo=12V, 20mA at f=10MHz.
Based on this, I take the parasitic capacitance (per channel) to be: 83pF
240mW = 2 x f x Cint x Vdd^2
I just wanted to confirm that the curve is showing current draw into one channel (A or B) and not two.
Can this be confirmed for me?
Additionally, are there any calculators available for this gate-driver to calculate junction temperature based on a given configuration (with gate-charge, operating frequency, etc).

I recently just purchased the IRS25752L from digikey and out of the 7 I've tested none are functioning properly.
I've applied a 12V supply, provided a 3.3v input and a 24V supply to the drain of the mosfet. I only seem to measure 6V from the source and when I apply a load that quickly drops to 0.
The other odd thing is That there was no pin 1 index on the part at all which I've never seen. I assumed that maybe I had it backwards and when I flipped the part I measured a current draw off 100mA from the IC so I know that i had the orientation correct before.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Expert,
I see that TLE92108 has +/-Ihold parameter. From my understanding, +/-Ihold current is applied when MOSFET is fully ON/OFF. But what does Ihold on earth charge? During turn-on/off stage, the current charges/discharges capacitor. But after fully ON/OFF, there seems no more capacitor can be charged/discharged? My question is, is there really Ihold flowing? Thanks.

I see in TLE92108 first page that BRAKE is availiable under both sleep mode and normal mode. But I only find some description of BRAKE in passive mode, which is Chapter 6.5. Could you please tell where to find BRAKE in normal mode? Thanks.

In above Gate drive IC Datasheet the quiecent current of the output chip is defined at a Level of 15V.
It is not defined during startup.
In my application at some ICs (aprox. 8% of the ICs) i have a higher current during the startup , when we are in the range of 2-4V for VCC2. The current here is approximately 6-7mA.
This is critical for my supply circuit.
How can this higher current be explained and how can it be avoided?
