I am looking for differences between IRS2153D and IRS21531D.
Looking at the datasheet, only difference I can find is the output deadtime between 2 ICs. Are there any other differences between IRS2153D and IRS21531D?

Hello, for the purpose of driving power MOSFETs in a 48V high current inverter i am looking at the drivers 1EDI3020AS and 1EDI3030AS. My concerns are about overcurrent protection: is there a known way (reference design, app note, any suggestion...) to adapt DESAT or OCP features to the application? I think they have to be adapted because we cannot use a shunt (and so OCP) because of the current levels, and DESAT has too high a threshold. Power switch will be 80V high current TOLL MOSFETs, probably up to 4/5 paralleled.

And trying to use 12 X IRF7480 with AUIR3241S driver

I received a component with following information written on it: A2085 / A441P / IR / C / STX3. I suppose it was manufactured in the 41st week of 2004, isn'it ?
Is the die version of this device the same as the present production?

1. Digikey discribes this ic as 'IC IGBT DVR 1200V DSO8' however there is no mention of it being able to drive an IGBT in the datasheet. It only speaks to driving MOSFETs. We have already taken into consideration the correct voltages for switching but just to be sure, is it possible for this ic to drive IGBTs?
2. We are using transformer technology in our design, would it be alright to run wires under this gate driver. Would there be a chance of causing any interference if this is done?Show Less
where it looked like high side UVLO (the high side just stopped working) even though the low side continued working. I spent ages scoping the high side
and changing components in the boost circuit to no avail. Eventually in desperation I grounded the previously floating Sd pin and the fault went away!
I should emphasize this was a swap from an IRS2110 to an IRS2113 in the same pcb in a previously working circuit. Both date codes concerned 713P
so it seems maybe I was lucky before or the 2113 is more sensitive, in either case I would never rely on the internal pulldowns again.
