Is there a cheat sheet to clarify part number suffixes UM and LL?
Specifically, what are the differences between 2ED2304S06FXUMA1 and 2ED2304S06FXLLA1?
These appear to both be 650 V Half Bridge Gate Driver IC with Integrated Bootstrap Diode (BSD)

The last 5 digits will tell about OPN(Orderable Part Number). The electrical parameter differences will not be there, the only difference is packing type and packing size.
In your doubt, my answer is mentioned below.
UM- Tape &Reel with 330mm
