In the IC IRSM005-800MH,
Q1. For LO and LO condition, there is no output or gate voltage available. Both MOSFETs will be off.
Q2. Can I use this IC as H-bridge of a motor having 24V input? Yes, two ICs can drive a 24V motor.
Q3. Can I give PWM signal on HIN and 0v(GND) on LIN to rotate the motor in one direction. Yes.
