Hi I have a question
Referring to some documents from Infineon, I found IC 2ED2304S06F operating at very high frequency 100khz. So does it matter if I just use it at 15kHz?

Hi  pclinh2001,

The 2ED2304S06F is a 650-V half-bridge gate driver. Its Infineon thin-film-SOI technology provides excellent ruggedness and noise immunity. The 2ED2304S06F can be used at 15kHz, and the actual switching frequency depends mainly on the capability of the switching devices (such as MOSFET, IGBT).
