Thank you for posting on Infineon Forums.

The pull-up and pull-down resistor values can be calculated using the information provided in the datasheet.

Please refer to chapters 2.2 and 2.6 of the following app note:

Here, it is explained that Rd and Rp can be calculated as:
Rd = VCC1(typ)/In+(typ)
Rp = VCC1(typ)/In-(typ)

You can find the data in table 3 and table 6.

Therefore: Rd = 5/100μ = 50kΩ
     Rp = 5/100μ = 50kΩ
