Hello , I am building a prototype inverter based on the infineon 22kw inverter reference design. The 50 % duty cycle IC (IR2085s) is not recommended for new design . Is there any driver ICs similar to IR2085 that i could use ?
No direct replacement for it. IRS2153DS has similar functions, but with higher Voffset and lower current drive capability. Please refer to the datasheet for more details.

IR2085S can be replaced by AUIR2085S which is an active and preferred part. The main difference is that IR2085S is an industrial part and AUIR2085S is an Automotive part.
