Although there is the information about threshold of INP/INN on page 10, the data uses 1ED3124MC12H.

Would you mind if I regard the data as 1EDI3033AS's data?

If you want to know I/O requirements of 1EDI3033AS. Please find following sections in the datasheet.
- "Table 3 (continued) Functional range" for functional voltage range
- "10.4 I/O levels" for thresholds
