In the data sheet of 1EDI302X, as described on p.18, the output current is specified as max.-12A at High Level and min.12A at Low Level. To begin with, is it correct to understand that IOUTH/IOUTL is the current value of the TOUT pin? Also, at High Level Output, the current is supplied from the TOUT pin to the IGBT Gate, so I think it should be a positive current specification. Please let me know if is stipulated.
