Hello IFXer,

I have question about 1ED31xxMC12H.

With bipolar supply 15V / -8V design,

1. the transformer need use center tap for bipolar supply voltage?

2. could you help us to provide the reference design for iso-power?

3. the VEE2 has absolute maximum ratings? if reference center tap.

Hello,

Yes your understanding is correct. Ultimately, the difference in voltage should not be more than 40 volts maximum.

Thanks and regards,

AZIZ

Hello,

1) Yes, since you need bipolar supply, center tap is ok. Please erefr point two link for schematics as a refernce.

2) PFA of link which have the schematic of isolated power design using flyback converter.

3) Sorry, I could not understand your point 3.

Thanks

AZIZ

Dear AZIZ,

Thank you for replied.

For point 3, if the VEE2 reference to 0V and the Absolute voltage VCC2 rating is shift -8.3V to 32V, right? I there any other parts I haven't considered?
