Hello, I am a beginner developer using Infineon products for the first time.
A circuit for charge/discharge control was constructed using the AUIR3241S gate driver IC and 80V class MOSFET.
After applying 3.3V logic to Vin, external 12V was applied to VCC, and VGS was fixed with an 18V Zener diode.
However, there is a problem that the FET side does not conduct.

Hi,
According to the driver internal circuit, it is non isolated. The internal circuitry of the driver IC is as below,
Please add an isolation for gate driver supply and the load supply. Let me know if this helped you in solving the issue.
