1,When using 6ED2742S01Q, if the current detection and overcurrent protection function is not used, how to handle the related component pins?  

2,Help to check the design problems in the following schematic diagram:

Hello @Jancy 

Thanks for posting your question In the Infineon community.

I have reviewed your schematic I found below recommendations

1)Since you are not using OCP you need to connect VSS to COM mentioned in below image

2)Please connect 10uF at VCC pin near to Driver IC instead of 12V. For 12V at VCC the external supply not required only capacitor is enough.

3)please remove your BJT connection if your Vbus is >72V else you can keep it please follow below image  .May I know what is your Vbus ?

4)Remove resistors if it is not zero ohms after bootstrap capacitor. You can see below image

Hello @Jancy 

1) Kindly maintain the below connection if you are not soldering  the BJT in board

2) zero ohm will works after bootstrap capacitor 

3)At VCC pin10uF is fine

4)yes zero ohm between VSS and Com looks fine
