2EDS8265H LTSPICE MODEL

I want to simulate the driving chip 2EDS8265H in LTspice.

I downloaded the pspice model from https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/power/gate-driver-ics/2eds8265h/#!simulation

But when I import the .lib file to LTspice and create symbol, the error "unknow subcircuit" occurs.

please help!

the file is not compatible with Ltspice, you can use simmetrix in this case.

thank you for your suggestion. I have downloaded the SIMetrix model of 2EDS8265S. the error "

Unknown parameter 'MinADel" occurs.

Another quesiton is there are two .lib files "2EDS8265H.lib" and "BaseComps_SIMetrix.lib", any import tips for these two lib files?
