Hi,

Recently, i am using 2ED28073J06F for motor drive (three phase inverter).

Help to provide recommended layout and routing for COM pins.

Whether the COM pin is arranged on the signal side, and then makes a single point connection with the power side.

For three phase inverter , need to connect 3 times?

Please provide some AP.

Thanks.

Dear

In order to avoid the parasitic inductance of the power loop and driver loop affecting the drive signal, it is recommended to minimize the driver loop of low side. And COM pin can be arranged on the signal side, and then makes a single point connection with the power ground.

For three phase inverter, we need three 2ED28073J06F driver ICs to drive.

Recommend you an App note about 3-PH motor drive evaluation board reference design, including 2ED28073J06F 600 V half-bridge gate-driver IC (EiceDRIVER™).
