可以先从优化layout开始。地要大面积铺铜以屏蔽噪声,输入和输出信号分开布线不交叉,分别安排在驱动芯片两端。HIN、LIN连接的电阻要尽可能离引脚近,驱动芯片输出到IGBT栅极要尽可能短以减少寄生电感,Rgate离栅极要近。
