1ED3322MC12Nに関しまして、下記ご確認いただけますと幸いです。

 

①入力信号と出力信号の周波数は同じになる認識ですが、CT技術による内部トランスでの信号伝達時も同じ周波数でしょうか?

 より高周波(MHz帯)のスイッチングで伝達されているようでしたら、その周波数をご教授いただけますと幸いです。

 EMIを懸念しております。

 

SPICEモデルはございますでしょうか? Web上では公開されていないようでした。

Thanks for your comments.

For CT, it is very low size and low power winding on the chip. The switching is about 1GHz and had be packageing in polymer material. No energy with can out, no energy can change system EMI performance.

Thank you for your reply.

Am I correct in understanding that the frequency internal transformers propagate is 1GHz but that does not affect EMI performance because the transformers are packaged in polymer material?
