Hi there, 

I know that the driver can supply 2 different levels of current to the gate during turn-on,  is it possible to inject a 3 level by changing the input voltage level of the SPEED pin?

I have 3 gate drivers 2ED4820-EM. On all 3 I can individually switch channel A without any issues. But on all 3 channel B reports ITRIP as soon as I set it to ON. Edit: it reports ITRIP on the one chip I want to set to ON, but all 3 have the same behaviour.

I cant figure out what the problem is. I already posted my design here and it seems ok. I played around with filter and blank times but no success.

Furthermore I can see on the osciloscope that the channel tries to switch on but immediately turns off again. I apply the same load which works on channel A.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Do you have a dimensional drawing of EVAL_6EDL7141_TRAP_1SH?
Or would it be possible to receive 3D data (STEP data, etc.)?

Hello, I'm looking forward to using a 2ED2184 driver to control a BLDC motor  in a boostrap configuration circuit, I'm using IRFB7740 N-Channel MOSFETs, my doubt is:

How can I determine the input/output PWM frequency to control the driver (e.g. I'm using an Arduino to send the  input PWM)? I've seen that 100 kHz is fine in the output, but if I want the output to be that 100 kHz frequency, what should the input PWM frequency be? 

Are there any structural differences between IRS2110SPBF, IR2110STRPBF and IR25607 related to noise immunity?

※I know there is a structural difference between IRS2110S and IR2110S with and without clipping diodes.

Also, is there any difference in concept between IR (Gen2) and IRS (Gen5)?

I am currently using the Isolated Gate driver IEDB7275f for an ADS Keysight Simulation. Unfortunately, I am only able to access the thermal model for simulation purposes in LTSpice or ADS Keysight. However, I have encountered an error related to the thermal variable R1.Temp. I have checked the library file, but it appears that the R1.Temp variable is not available. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this error, and could you also explain the root cause of the problem?

I am operating 6EDL7141 (evaluation board).
Therefore, we were able to confirm operation with DVDD=5V, but when setting DVDD=3.3V, it no longer works.
(Both register and external resistance values are set at 3.3V.)
Regarding the registers, other than the DVDD settings, I haven't changed anything from when operating at 5V, but it still doesn't work.

Are there any register settings that I need to be careful about when operating at 3.3V?
If possible, could I have a reference register for 3.3V operation?
