Hi,

I am looking at an FM3 MCU part number CY9BF518TPMC-GK7E1. I would like to decode this part number. For example, what is the difference between CY9BF518TPMC-GK7E1 and CY9BF418TPMC-GK7E1 or CY9BF618TPMC-GK7E1.

Thank you

The difference of 4/5/6 is

4 = CAN,

5 = USB & CAN,

6 = EtherMAC x 2 & USB.

There is no place exactly decoding FM3 MCU/MCU part numbers, but something you can refer to is:

The 4xx/5xx/6xx represents different product series. They have different peripheral resources.

See details from the series datasheet -

Can you be more specific on the different peripheral resources? I don't seem to notice the difference in the datasheet. Also, more detail on how to decode the MCU part number would be greatly appreciated.
