I would like to know if there is a way to calculate the maximum switching frequency for SiC SBDs, based on the data provided in the datasheet? The goal is not to have a value for a precise operating point, but to make a performance comparison between different diode references.

Are there any precautions such as having to install the welding diode immediately after opening it?

Instructions on how to tighten the screws are included in the attached document.

Please tell me about humidity measures and storage methods for welding diodes.

Hello, I am designing Electric Heater control circuit. My circuit has two SCR in inverse-parallel strucuture and I use both of phase angle and zero cross control. I have used SCR component model BTW69, but the issue is that I need big heat dissipating sink. Please introduce me new substitute component of BTW69, which has less power dissipation. My heater needs 2500W power, AC 220V, current is about 12A. 

I would be happy if you introduce more modern approach to control Electric heater.
