Is the surface of the thyristor (T3801N36, T1930N32) processed?
If so, could you please tell me what the coating material is?
Could you tell me about the power loss of both TT60N16SOF and TT175N16SOF?
I think that "On-state power loss per arm PTAV = f (ITAV)" described in the data sheet is the condition of frequency 50 / 60Hz.
Do you have this data at 400Hz?

I work for a power electronics company designing EV charging systems.
Does DDB2U40N12W1RF_B11 have a spice model? It seems as thought the only model available is the PCB 3D model.
My purpose for simulation is to estimate losses.
For our application the average current is 28.13 A, and the rms current is 45 A.
Here is a simplified schematic showing where the average current of 28.13 A, and the rms current of 45 A are located.

Now I understand that there are Emitter Controlled 3 and Emitter Controlled 4 in the chip generation.

The select location is obviously irrelevant. But the system didn't allow me to continue without a choice.
Can anybody suggest an easily obtainable PIN diode with good performance at 10 MHz and low power (about -30dBm)? The purpose is to switch two bandpass filters in a 10 MHz signal path. Given the frequency, the suggestion can be either SMD or a hole-through part. Thanks a lot.Show Less
Can anyone tell me where can I get the SPICE model for the above-mentioned diode? I would like to simulate the diode in Keysight ADS. Any other compatible model type with Keysight ADS is recommended.Show Less
They would like to use the TZ400N26KOF at 5400Vac(RMS, f = 50 Hz, t = 1 min).
However, the insulation voltage of TZ400N26KOF is 3000Vac(RMS, f = 50 Hz, t = 1 min).
Then, I have a question.
If you know which insulation sheet to use at as much as 5400Vac, please let me know.
Also is there another way except for insulation sheet?
Can you check the following diode's trr value ?
