Hi there,
I work for a power electronics company designing EV charging systems.
Does DDB2U40N12W1RF_B11 have a spice model? It seems as thought the only model available is the PCB 3D model.
My purpose for simulation is to estimate losses.
For our application the average current is 28.13 A, and the rms current is 45 A.
Here is a simplified schematic showing where the average current of 28.13 A, and the rms current of 45 A are located.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query at Infineon community.
Since, the spice model is not available on global design page, I request you to raise a request on the link given below and one local FAE engineer will contact you to get the spice model. Meanwhile for loss calculation, you can use Infineon IPOSIM software. If you need any further help please let me know.
