Please help,

I found in my old stock SCR thyristors, spent 2 days trying to find its prameters, could't find anything.

I will attach picture of it, maybe someone can help.

The part on the pic is made by legacy International recitifier,  the part was discontinued before 2006. So the related information is not available.

Hello @elkius1985 ,

As I know, legacy IR's thyristor products were divested to Vishay in 2006, so maybe you can contact Vishay for possible information.
