First question asked Welcome!

Not sure if this is the right forum, but I'll give it a try...

I have a Miller MIG welder with a bad rectifier pack. Specifically, one of three SCRs is bad. It is an EUPEC T568N02TOF. It appears from everywhere I've tried that it is now an obsolete part, and in fact, that is what Miller says when I contacted them. Since Infineon acquired EUPEC, I was hoping there might be a recommended substitute, but I haven't been able to find one.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Sparky87

Hi,

I have looked at the  T568N02TOF specifications. my recommendation for you would be T690N. Datasheet for the same is attached. let me know if it suits  your requirement.
