IFSM and TRR for IDC28D120T8M and IDC21D120T8M

Hello, 

Is there IFSM and TRR data for IDC28D120T8M and IDC21D120T8M diodes ?   Alternatively,  are there package parts or modules these diodes are used so I can just look at the datasheet.  Thank you.

Thank you for posting your question in the Infineon community.

The IDC28D120T8M and IDC21D120T8M are active and preferred parts.

The IFSM_max for IDC28D120T8M is 100A

The IFSM_max for IDC21D120T8M is 70A

The Trr value need be checked internally. I will check and come back to you
