Get compatible devices to the HSMS-2805-TR1G for your design

Hi,

I am looking for alternate replacement for  HSMS-2805-TR1G for my design.

Infeneon suggested replacement:https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/search/cross-reference/?ic=xrvg#!view=crossReference&term=HS....

Infineon part number:BAS70-07.

One parameters:Forward current is not mathing then how it is excat replacement.

Ig anyone has input please give valuable response.

Hi @Vikas491 

Thanks for posting on the Infineon community page.

It is observed in the datasheets that the continuous forward current(IF) of Infineon's diode is 70mA  at 25 °C

whereas the other datasheet shows the continuous forward current(IF) of around 20 mA at 25 °C.

For the same package, Infineon's cross reference suggests the best suitable products.
