Recently I am looking for some professional introductions of 2N3055 transistors. I checked a lot of website content, Jinftry mentioned that the maximum power value of 2N3055 transistor is 115W. The 2N3055 transistor is an NPN power transistor, which is often used in high-power amplification and switching circuits. May I ask when designing a power amplifier using 2N3055 transistors, how to choose the proper base current (IB) and load resistance (RL) to ensure the best performance and maximum power transfer?
