When create a ECAT_SSC App v4.0.20 in DAVE 4, folder SSC contains a "patch.diff" file.
I tried to use in DAVE software, the Team->Apply Patch, Select the "Apply the patch to the selected file, folder or project
Selected the SSC/Src folder but the dialog get an error of (file does not exist)
Anybody successfully use this "patch.diff"?
Thanks,
Tac

Hello people.
Someone would have a lib for the TLI4971 current sensor. I need to use the current sensor to measure ac and dc current depends on each project.
I found the lib for the Arduino IDE. I use DAVE and I would like to continue with it.

Hi, dear Infineon engineers. I'm having an issue with DAVE code generator. I'm trying to modify P2G_FMCW firmware to enable UART communication.
When I load this project into DAVE I don't see any APPs in the APP Dependency tree section. When I add UART APP and push button to generate code it performs some actions but there are no new folders in Generated.
I tun solver as well and it shows no errors.
Please, share the knowledge!

When debugging a program, I get something like a timeout.
On 2nd debug, it works.
Seems related to code size. Code size about 250k as per arm-none-eabi-size.
Erasing takes about 4 sec
Programming ? about the same. The progress bar gets about 1/2 way across then window disappears.
There is a brief message in the disassembly window.
If I issue a debug again, it all works. I think because the programming from before completed. So on 2nd debug, it compares ok and does its thing stopping at main.
Seems like Dave/Eclipse not waiting long enough for the programming.
Any ideas on what to do? Show Less

I have a program built using DAVE apps which decodes RFID tags using an HTRC110 NXP chip.
In this program I have no APPs managing the ADC blocks, however after some time the program is disrupted by an unmanaged interrupt which executes continuously the default handler, as shown in the attached image.
Am I missing something? I guess that all unwanted IRQ nodes should be masked at startup, if is not the case how I can do this?
The platform is the XMC4500 Relax Kit. Show Less

Hello altogether.
I try to migrate an existing project from an XMC4500-E144x1024 to an XMC4500-F144x1024. This sounds simple because there is a 1:1 relationship of all portpins on these devices, that means all ports from the E-type exist also on the F-type, and vice versa, just with different pin number names. They have the same amounts of memory and the same architecture (as far as I know). But it fails.
During the migration process trial, a lot of "Problem Occurred" messages appear, mostly saying "Unhandled event loop exception / Java heap space". My computer has 16GB of RAM which is less then half used.
My question: Has anyone managed it to migrate between these devices, and has possibly some advice for me? Show Less

There is one day I dont' have wifi on the computer. I tried to use the Debugger, it has problems. When the wifi comes back, it still does not work.
I tried to reinstall Dave, and Segger J-Link. It did not help.
Here are the details I got in the Console window.
J-Link is connected.
Firmware: J-Link Lite-XMC4200 Rev.1 compiled Mar 1 2019 11:28:26
Hardware: V1.00
S/N: 599002341
Checking target voltage...
Target voltage: 3.30 V
ERROR: Failed to listen at socket (Err = -1)
ERROR: Failed to open listener port 2331
Restoring target state and closing J-Link connection...
Shutting down...
Thank you in advance for any suggestion! Show Less

I am using Dave 4 version 4.4.2. I got a Dave 4 project and opened it with Dave. I can see that there is a CMSIS_RTOS_RTX5 in the App Dependency view. Then I created a project and tried add a
CMSIS_RTOS_RTX5 app instance to the project, In the Add New App Window I typed CMSIS_RTOS/CMSIS_RTOS_RTX5/RTX5, in search filter, only CMSIS_RTOS [4.0.4] and CMSIS_RTOS_RTX [4.0.22]
shown up and I created the instance and found that they are not CMSIS_RTOS_RTX5 instance.
Not sure if I have to install a RTX5 library or I missed something in my project include path?
Your help is highly appreciated. Show Less
