How can I affect the assignment of the first message object assigned to a CAN node?
It seems that the first logic message object assihgned to the first CAN001 instanze it MO 0
and for the second instance it is MO 13 (CAN001_Handle1.FirstMOMapping = 13).

I like to change it to lets say 32. What can I do (besides running a script after generating DAve code)? Show Less

Hello,

i've made a Dave Project with ADC002 containing 2 channels and a PWMSVM01 App.
The PWMSVM01 App is configured to trigger the DC Link Current Measurement by compare match of one of the CCU slices.
On the other side i've got the ADC002 App, which i've configured to measure Channels A (DC Link Current) and B (DCB voltage) as a sequence of "trigger, AB, trigger, AB".

Unfortunately i'm not able to interconnect the PWMSVM Current Trigger Slice to the ADC Trigger directly, like it's shown in "CCU8 Device Guide V1.0 2013-05" figure 72.
There's no way to connect the "Current Trigger Slice Status" to anything else in the Signal Connection Dialog.
The only way i've got it working, was to put the NVIC002 App between PWMSVM01 and ADC002.

How is the PWMSVM001 supposed to be used for DC Link Current measurement?

I am trying to debug the program downlanded from Infinein website. Now, I have a miniwigger , a XMC4500 board which has a 10 pin JTAG interface(my Circuit diagram of JTAG is the same as the infineon's minikit ). After I connect the miniwigger and the 10 pin JTAG , i click "debug"(i use dave) but a error shows as follow : ununknown error occurred while downloading into flash.
I want to know what should I do ? Is there something wrong in the debug configuration ? or the hardware has some problem? Besides, can i use miniwigger to connect a interface of JTAG like this?

I have encountered the following problems in how DAVE handles multiple projects.

1) DAVE does a build all instead of a project build before debug and the result is that if there are a few projects, it takes longer than it should. It also prevents seeing any errors in the project to be debugged if other projects are built after the project of interest
2) Interrupts are not scoped to individual projects and all interrupts are applied to the project being debugged so popups arise because of
- all the hardware interrupts being used up
- interrupts not being applicable to the current code
Also, interrupts arise in unexpected locations resulting in a need to remove the interrupt and remember to readd it to the other project
3) DAVE CE does not update the wiring graphs for the DAVE Apps when switching from one project to another
4) DAVE does not properly associate run/debug configurations to the desired project and so, certain run/debug configurations are not visible to use in the appropriate windows meaning that running/debugging means using run as or debug as every time instead of simply selecting from the pull down menu Show Less

I would like to set / clear the PWMSP002 'Enable Single Shot Mode' at run time but there does not appear to be an API function to do this.

Is there a recommended method for doing this ?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
i want to use EBU001-App and ETH003-App simultaneous (with XMC4500).

After adding the second app (EBU or ETH003), the Resource Management says: "Failed during constraint posting. The recently addes app(s) will be removed!".

Dave3 (3.1.10) and Apps are up to date.

Do you have any hint, how to use both apps in one application? Known restrictions with these apps?

Hi all,

i am using XMC2Go (XMC1100) and Dave. In my application i need two PWM putputs and two capture inputs to measure a frequency. Connecting the PWM Outputs works fine, but i can not find a possibility to connect the CNT001 app to an input pin.
I checked CAP001 example and found that the IO002 App is required to connect a Input pin to the CAP001 App. But in the XMC1100 Project this does not work. I can´t connect the pad from IO002 to CNT001 App.

How can i connect a pin to CNT001?

After Building (XMC1100), following Tools will not longer started:

-Create Flash Image
-Create Listing
-Print Size

What will the next version of DAVE cover?
Is there currently a means for users to determine what new features, and fixes are going into the next version of DAVE?
The Problem tacking system, http://www.infineonforums.com/support/dave3, is ok for entering issues found by users, but does not cover this.
It would be good to close the loop between requests made on the forum and results to the product.
A voting platform for features and fixes linked to forum posts would also benefit the users in understanding the community priorities. Show Less
