Segger rtt app

Hii.
I wanted to use scanf function in dave 4.2.1 . But I was told to use SEGGER RTT APP instead of scanf . I want to know where is SEGGER RTT APP in ADD NEW APP instances. I could not find. If scanf can be used pls tell me how to use it .

Hi,

The SEGGER_RTT belongs to the set of contributed APPs by the community. The APPs are built using the DAVE SDK.
To install APPs from the contributed set, you need to click on Help>Install DAVE APP/Example/Device Library… and then select in “Work with”: Contributed DAVE APPs Library Manager.
