トゥルーリーディファレンシャルインプット（TDI）とは何ですか？(KA-03341)

トゥルーリ―ディファレンシャルインプット（TDI）は、インフィニオンハイサイドおよびローサイドゲートのファミリで、出力がドライバのグランドに対するコモンモード電圧に関係なく、入力ピンの差動電圧にのみ依存するファミリを識別します。

これにより、入力ピン（PWMまたはシステムグランド）とゲートドライバ電源グランド間の広い同相電圧に耐えることができ、高速スイッチングアプリケーションにおけるグランドバウンシングに対する高い耐性と、起動中のアプリケーションにおけるハイサイドスイッチの駆動が可能になりました。このため、TDIは、絶縁型ゲートドライバを使用せずに、高いノイズ耐性とハイサイドMOSFETの駆動を実現することができます。

さらに、パッケージサイズの小型化のため、TDIゲートドライバはスペースに制約のあるアプリケーションに最適です。

The 1EDNx550 TDI EiceDRIVER Gate Driver ICs operate with a supply voltage up to 20V, have separate low impedance source and sink outputs, offer a very large common-mode input voltage range (CMR) up to ±150V, provide a 45ns propagation delay with -7/+10ns accuracy, and are fully qualified for industrial applications according to JEDEC. The 4V and 8V UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) options ensure instant MOSFET protection under abnormal conditions.
