【回答】

アプリケーションノート “AN98549 - Endurance and Retention Management and Validation” には、『1,000サイクル以下』 の累積消去サイクリングの場合、

通常のデータ保持期間は10年～20年になると明記されています。

従って、数回の消去サイクルのみのアプリケーションでは、データ保持期間は20年保持を期待できます。

一般的に数回レベルの消去サイクルが増えたとしても、データ保持期間に違いはございません。

製品を使用する環境の温度によって違いが生じます。

平均使用温度が55℃を基準に考えられているため、平均使用温度が高温下、特に長期間の場合、データ保持期間を見積もる必要があります。
