D²PAK 7ピン+とD²PAK 7ピンデバイスの違い(KA-02380)

 

従来のD2PAK 7ピンデバイスの定格は180Aから240 Aです。

クラス最高のD2PAK 7ピン+デバイスの定格は360Aであるため、より高い電力密度が可能になり、多くのMOSFETが並列接続されている特定のアプリケーションではシステム内で使用されるMOSFETの数を減らす事ができます。

これによりコストを削減できます。
