Cypressは、ウエハーレベルではMSDSを作成しません。ウエハーは”Article”であり、MSDSを文書化する法的な要求事項はありません。Cypressは、製品の材料組成にリストされている均質の素材（直接的な素材）、もしくは出荷中の保護のため製品を梱包する際に使われた素材（間接的な素材）に対して、MSDSを作成します。

ウエハーやダイに対してのRoHSデータもしくはSGSレポートは、ご要望により用意します。直接的な素材の同種のテストレポートと共にウエハーのRoHSレポートを使うことは、法的な要求事項に準拠した材料組成の申告を裏付けます。
