Is there any way to embed a sound into the forum post?

I am trying to add some playback sound to a demo projects like this

  当我们提交tech  support  case的时候，有个 “Escalate” 按钮容易被 触碰，而且没有 “确认”按钮，我本意并不是要 “Escalate”

When we submitted a tech support case, there was a "Escalate" button that was easy to touch and there was no "Confirm" button. My intention was not to "Escalate"; For instance ,I want to" back to cases" ,but  the two buttons are close ..... I could Escalate it,but I have no privilege to cancel this .

How  to solve this
