Hello Team,
Within the framework of the Lead (PB) Analysis activities for the components of THALES equipment's or products, and in order to update our databases,
I would like to know about the presence of lead in the component for the Infineon (International Rectifier) of below part numbers.
30FQ045
540
IRFF130
2N6796
IRFF9120
IRC530 (OBS)
IRFF9220 I
IRFF230
If Material declaration form available (to calculate the lead presence), Kindly provide for the attached parts.
If there are errors in codification with respect to references "Part Number", please indicate the exact one.
Thank you in advance for your quick response.
Regards,
Prasanna.
Show LessDear community
I have a question regarding the HyperBus Controller which we originally got from Spansion. We used this IP succesfully in our Xilinx Kintex and Artix 7-Series devices. We face now problem when we use the IP in a Xilinx Ultrascale architecture.
The problem concerns the RWDS IO signal.
The output signals from the IP are wds0, wds1 and wds_en. They are synchronized first and then led to an output DDR FF which is connected to the RWDS output buffer.
According to the specification, the input buffer of the RWDS signal is on one hand connected to the IP and on the other delayed and connected to a clock Buffer.
The implementation of this structure yields errors and in the documentation of Xilinx I have found that clocks should not be delayed using delay elements as they cannot be directly routed to global clock buffers. They recommend instead to use an MMCM or a PLL. As this signal is a strobe rather than a clock, using such elements is not feasible either.
Is there an updated version of this IP which supports Xilinx Ultrascale architecture or was someone succesfull in using this IP in an ultrascale environment
Thank you very much in advance for your answers

Please let me know the latest processors and high performance computer by infineon which are used in automobiles.
Does anyone here know if Infineon have ever acquire Catalyst Semiconductor?
I wasn't able to find any association with this device between the 2 mfg.
Why is my supplier says this is "Intel"?

Hi All,
Cadence is doing Conformal LEC workshop on 8th & CLP on 9th Dec. This will be useful if you are new to these tools & want to learn basics to little advance debugging techniques. Invite has been sent. In case you dont have & would like to attend, please mail me at: richa.soni@infineon.com

Show LessI am trying to access the Collaboration Platform, which contains some critical shared material. The authentication process for the Collaboration platform redirects to https://authenticator.pingone.eu/pingid/ppm/auth, which consistently fails with a Time Out error. This situation is perduring since many months ago (at least 3).
On top, any attempt to update, change or remove the device requires authenticating first, which is as ironic as it is unnerving.
The obvious solution of asking the support center also fails, as the Live Chat link does not open at all, and the Technical Support (https://mycases.infineon.com/techsupport-create/) only supports issues related to hardware.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know, as this matter is causing a lot of headaches and frustration.
Thanks!

Can anyone give the support for how to use TPM for storing the secure boot keys in imx6/imx8 series platforms. All the suggestions are highly appreciated. Show Less
Hello!
The target is to run tests in 2 browsers, the test script should be modified. What was done: if (Cypress.isBrowser('chrome') & Cypress.isBrowser('firefox')), as results test is running, but in default browser, what is electron or it depends what is selected browser in cypress runner. I have 3 browsers now. I did ./node_modules/.bin/cypress run --browser chrome this works, but unfortunately looks like it's impossible to ./node_modules/.bin/cypress run --browser chrome and ./node_modules/.bin/cypress run --browser Firefox. Also I added script in package .json file - "cypress-multi-browsers": "npm run unified-cypress-dev -- --browser firefox & npm run unified-cypress-dev -- --browser chrome", but getting errors about Firefox security.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks )

Hi,
I am using 5 ISO1H816G all daisy chained together to drive 40 Outputs. I have integrated this well in my circuit driving the all of an SPI bus from my XMC4800.
However, my problem comes with its application. The ISO1H816G may drive multiple inductive loads that could be disconnected, at any point, beyond our control.
This causes not only an internal failure, but a physical failure too. The device always fails in the same place, top left corner, close to pin 1.
This can be quite spectacular, physically destroying the device. As we cannot control when a load may be disconnected, I have tried to use extra external protection.
I have tried external TVS diodes and Shottkey diodes for additional clamping on each output but to no avail. The device still fails on load disconnection.
This device really is one of the better ones I have found. I have actually used this device for years. I have always known this failure but only recently has it got in the way.
I would love to continue with this device if possible.
I'm hoping for any advice, anyone else who has experienced this issue or if this is a known issue, how to proceed.
Thanks in advanced,
Steven Show Less
