I cannot find a setting to change the date/time format.

My browser sends:
Accept-Language: en-gb,en;q=0.7,en-us;q=0.3

Which should result in an English time format (day, month, year order). I'm a fan of ISO (YYYY-MM-DD), but anything that makes sense would be fine.
