Hello,
I have heard that Infineon has published a large book about power electronics.
I have found the SEMIKRON-book as an electronic download at SindoPower but I cannot find the Infineon book neither electronically nor as a print version anywhere to order.
Does somebody know more?

Tried to search for it, but no luck. Calculate duty cycle based on voltage from pin# 2-3 diagnostic connector & battery voltage.Anybody have it handy?

Hello all. Thanks for taking up your time to read my post.
I'm new to regulators and references and I'm trying to update this old circuit that uses an op-amp as a 2.5V voltage reference
by possibly using LM4040A10IDBZR, but I'm not sure if it needs to be isolated from the LM4040A10IDBZR's inputs or if it can be used as is.
Anybody have experience with this kind of set up ?
The above diagram shows as follows. I checked the wiring and found that it is correct. But I really don't know which procedure goes wrong.
Can anyone help me ? I am very puzzled about this question. Any of your ideas would be highly appreciated. Show Less

Hello,
I use the IFX91041EJV50 to generate a voltage of 5VDC from 24VDC. The switching controller works electrically as expected, but the module is already unusually warm at 0.8A output current.
A temperature increase of approx. 40 ° C on the chip surface was measured with a laser thermometer.
Components: 47μH with 3A saturation current, Schottky diode for 2A.
Is this significant temperature rise normal or is it another problem?
Thanks Dieter Show Less

Maybe it's possible to drill holes in the metalcorpus (Kühlrippen) that cools a processor.
