Hi community Manager

I'm trying to complete the translation and write an answer, but I can't. Please check.

Hi @DownyK,

I found the problem - the auto-filter marked them as spam, hence it disappeared.

I have restored your comments, you should be able to see them now.

Noted that there are three of them - I believe that you were trying to post them repeatedly while they disappeared.

Do kindly keep the one that you would like to submit as the translation.

Thanks for bringing this up! We will look into fixing the filter to ensure this issue doesn't repeat.

Regards,

Wayne

Hi @DownyK ,

Sure, we will help you with this. Can you please explain a bit on the issue you are facing?  Is there any error/page elements not working, which is not allowing you to reply? A screenshot also would help.

FYI @WayneT , @Sharit_S

Hi @vishnu ,

If I reply to the above-mentioned post, I can see it well at that moment.

But it disappears after the refresh.

The record of the image I used when I wrote the reply is in my profile.

But there is no record of the post.

The above image is the image I used when I posted a reply.

However, there is no related post in the posting history.

Hi @DownyK ,

Thanks for bringing this up.

If I am understanding you correctly, you have posted the translation as a comment, i.e. wrote a comment and clicked the "Reply" button, and you can see it immediately after posting it, but it disappears after you refresh the page?

Regards,

Wayne
