Very interesting: i made a PiOS with the latest 32bit legacy (04.04.2022) version. It works..
When i put in the old PiOs, which doesnt work last time, a player starts playing during booting and then stops again. When the Pi was fully booted, it doesnt work anymore and it shows again the behavior i wrote in the first post.
Back in the legacy version of PiOS -> it works..
