Hi,
When I include a picture in a question I ask, it shows up as a link that people have to click to view. I've seen pictures that show up within the text already displayed. How do I do that?

click the camera icon on the taskbar (as shown below), and follow the picture selection dialog.

If the picture is already in a file, do as odissey1 describes.
If the picture is open and you can take a snip/clip/snapshot, the picture will be in your PC's clipboard. Then you can directly paste it into your post.
This is what odissey1 did to show the "Preview" clip he snipped.
