How can I ask a question in the bluetooth and BLE forum?

When I go to the bluetooth and BLE forum, the actions pulldown menu doesn't give me a link to start a discussion, see screenshot below.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Please hit one of the "Support Community" (red box below) under the appropriate software based BTBLE product. If you are not sure which one, just use any one of them.
