How can I answer a question with a locked thread?

I would like to give an answer to the question https://community.infineon.com/t5/PSoC-5-3-1/4-12-format/m-p/371014 

However, the thread seems to be locked, and the "Reply" button is greyed out.

Can the thread be unlocked?

Hi @HuEl_264296 , we usually lock a thread after getting helpful answers, and it becomes inactive. 

@Raj_C : Raj, can we unlock the thread for adding insights from Hugo? There is no correct answer marked on it anyway.
