Hi everyone,
Currently I can't log into Infineon Designer anymore.
I always get the error message "Curl error: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate".
A few colleagues also get the same error message.
Is this a global problem with the software?

Hey Florian, I just tried from India (for the very first time) and got a similar error message. Having said that, you will have better luck contacting our IT support through 88888 support or AskIT for internal software issues. This developer community is moderated by application engineers for product queries, hence IT will not notice this.

Thanks for your fast reply.
I contacted the IT support yesterday but they said they don't cover this software.
They send me to the Infineon Service Center whose support couldn't help but said I should open up a case.
This I can't do because therefore I need a ProductID that the new case is about - I don't have a specific product I'm working on...
But guess I will try it there again...

The login could have problem occasionally, if consistently happens, open up a case is the option. ProductID is not a must have field.
Hope this tool works ok at your side now.
