Cannot update my signature

When I try to change my signature I get the following message:
We're sorry... The page you requested could not be found.

The same message appears when trying to preview my changes. The action is:
action="profile.php?do=updatesignature"

Hi kamikaze, I was able to add/edit signature on a test user, so can you give details like your OS, browser etc?
