有一個VCXO Phase Noise 測試問題, 當VC=1/2 VDD時, Phase Noise 測試會有spur產生

而如果避開VC=1/2VDD 就不會.

但是對於VCXO產品, 標準與客戶要求VC=1/2VDD 進行量測基本數據,那麼會有問題的?

請問Cypress 是否有建議的方案, 或後續是否有改善安排?

Could somebody please advise functional or drop-in equivalents for Clock generator part CY22150 which is recommended for new design has a long life cycle expectation.

We had measurement LVDS 1.8V 40Mhz~100Mhz  RMS phase jitter performance about 1.0~1.5ps @12K-20M.

But datasheet only show fOUT = 156.25 MHz,12 kHz–20 MHz offset, non-VCXO mode MAX. is 250fs(0.25ps).

Could you help check 40Mhz~100Mhz bandwidth jitter performance 1.0~1.5ps @12K-20M are resonable?

Have any test data can share?

I am having a problem in production where the frequency output of the CY2291 is outside previously established tolerances.  I am trying to calculate what the realistic tolerances should be following the discussion in https://www.cypress.com/file/42656/download.  In order to do this, I need to know the process variation and voltage/temperature stability of the CY2291 (this is not listed in the datasheet).  Can anybody provide these numbers?

Dose CY2308SXC-1 compatible for ROHS2?

We’ve tried put ferrite beads, but it made the ripples worse, the aurora eye still close. We’ve built a brand new PWB board with CY2304SXI-2, so there is no need to rework, but the aurora eye still close. We are just wondering that why CY2304SXI-2 doesn’t perform like CY7B991V-5JXI, it is because CY2304SXI-2 has more jitter? It that possible you guys can send a technician to our lab for debugging?

I am using the chips of Cypress recently. In out prevenient design, we were using the Clock Distribution Buffer chip, which is CY29940AXI.

But today I found that this chip is in the state of NRND, which means it can not be used anymore.

So, would you tell me that is there an alternative product of CY29940AXI?

And what is the new product's name?
